Payment methods

Our extensive customer service also includes a wide selection of payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best: Either you order and transfer the amount to our bank account, or you choose SOFORT Überweisung, PayPal, Maestro or Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).




Shipping

Ordering online is always a matter of trust. We would like to offer you an excellent service, which also includes a high degree of transparency in the ordering process.

We are an Austrian company, which attaches great importance to a fast and smooth shipping. The products marked online as in stock are available from our main warehouse in Höchst (Vorarlberg) and can be sent directly after payment. For orders above of EUR 199 (GLS) / EUR 249 (Post) we cover the shipping costs within Austria.

You can check the current status of your order at any time online in your customer account. In addition, we will send you a notification when we receive your order, when the payment arrives and when we send your package. Of course the notification also includes a tracking number which lets you follow the shipment.

We ship from Monday to Friday, every day. We strive to send your order as soon as possible. Please note that it is not possible to pick up the goods at our warehouse. We are exclusively an online shop.
